Hello everyone,
This is my very first blog and as you can see my very first posting. I hope to use this blog to share with you some of my favourite things in life; so expect a truly mixed bag!
I chose my blog title 'hydrangeas and white daisies' as they are my favourite flowers and my laptop if chocó block full of photos of both my own and other peoples.
Both featured heavily in my wedding flowers and it is my own bouquet on the blog title picture. These flowers also have significance for some of my favourite characters in film and tv - Lorelai Gilmore wants her wedding proposal to be with "a thousand yellow daisies" and Kathleen Kelly asks Joe "don't you think daisies are the friendliest flower?"
I cannot begin to share even the start of my picture collection but above are two favourites.
