It's back! This is the view from my kitchen windows again; I know it's pretty but really - more SNOW! Doesn't it know that I have had enough of it already and am ready to see the back of it now...
There are far too many of these photo's on my hard drive and without the date stamps I won't remember which month they are from in years to come. I know we have nothing compared to those experiencing 'Snowmageddon' so I apologise for my little rant!
Tucked up warm, after a big food shop this morning, I discovered a little hidden treasure in our wood basket. Can you remember this shot from my weekend collage?
This little beauty was tucked down amongst the bigger logs - can you believe it? It's just perfect for this week isn't it!
Maybe the man who we bought the wood bag from spotted it and thought it was perfect for this weeks sales too! Of course I couldn't put it on the fire so it has taken up home on my mantelpiece for now.

jealous. i wish we had snow. i grew up in a place with lovely winter snow storms, but now live in a place that knows no winter. so sad. i love all of your photos. that wood pile makes me so warm!
ReplyDeleteCool that you found that piece of wood amongst the pile. I'd take it as a sign that you are loved and safe and warm by someone above who loves you dearly (God). He loves to give us little hints like that.
