Borrowing beautiful things!

We had a quiet weekend really, so I decided to borrow friend Erin's idea of Three Beautiful Things (3BT) for my post today.

One) We have been having the most amazing sunrises since the beginning of March and although it is still decidedly cold we have been enjoying the early Spring sunshine.

Two) 'Lambing Live' started last week on BBC2 and we have a whole week of programmes to follow life on this lovely farm.

Three) I am planning on making this chocolate cake tomorrow ready for coffee and cake with a friend and her little girl on Wednesday. Baking makes me happy!

    Your cake and sunrises look lovely. But Lambing Live? Never heard of it! Will have to investigate further...

    Wish I could join you for cake and tea. How much fun would that be?

    Ohh sounds lovely. I miss seeing sunrises since it's been raining so much. But woke up to the sun shining through the blinds. Most beautiful feeling ever after weeks of rain.

    the sunrise is amazing...with the pink! i love it...three beautiful things today in my corner of the world were the sun...it shone bright and warm here, the birds are singing differently...they sense that spring is in the air and a warm bubble bath at the end of a long monday!
