Saturday Senses

I saw this great weekend idea on Lauren's lovely blog last Sunday and thought this week it might be fun to join in. According to Lauren it originally comes from Julia at 'The World Is My Oyster' so if you want to play along, make sure to link back to Julia's blog.

Right now I'm...

Tasting:
A delicious Spinach Omelette with just a tiny grating of cheese that I had for lunch today.

Smelling:
The freshly mown grass as my husband is currently driving around on the lawnmower.

Seeing:
A pile of clothes catalogues on the floor. I am currently debating some 'Summer Clothes' purchases.

Hearing:
The birds singing a very happy Spring tune.

Touching:
My keyboard and a peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie
(I am a woman - I can multi-task, especially if it includes biscuits!!)

Feeling:
Like I should be sitting outside rather than on the sofa. I am awaiting a new battery for my laptop so I cannot be away from the power lead at the moment, otherwise I could be sitting on the patio typing this instead.

Would love to hear about what your senses are doing this weekend, please let me know.

  1. What a great idea! Must see if I can find some time this afternoon to squeeze this in...

Those cookies sound delicious. We've just had a few of the exact same kind!

    Happy Saturday xoxo
