Last night I downloaded the photos I took of my garden this week and it made me look back over last year's photos. These were taken in June and September last year and they really did make me realise I have a complete pink and purple theme going on, so maybe this year I might add some more colours - any suggestions that might fit into my cottage garden theme?
So this is what the garden looks like at the moment - full of promise? Buds everywhere and even some flowers bursting out here and there. We still really are only beginning Spring here; our hedges are still very bare but as each day goes by more and more green shoots are appearing. Here are a few promising pictures of things to come.
The Magnolia really will be more and more beautiful in years to come, it was given to us as a gift last Autumn so this is the first year we have to enjoy it. Hope you are having a wonderful week and your outside space, whether big or small, holds some beauty.

The magnolia is so beautiful!! I would love one in my garden. Thank you for visiting my blog recently. I'm currently having a gold mirror giveaway so please stop by if you're interested. :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful. I think some white would look lovely.
ReplyDeleteWow! It looks so loved. I think the purple/pink theme is lovely. It's going look even more splendid when everything is in bloom.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful garden. I would love to set up a little table and chairs or a lounge and sit and relax. x

ReplyDeleteMore yellow teehee! Though your magnolia is beautiful, my Mum has a little one in a pot waiting for the day she finds the perfect place for it :)
