I love Tuesday now I have a theme on here but I did suddenly have a crisis last week and thought maybe you will all get fed up of Tuesdays! I think I will continue as long as I enjoy putting together the post and if I don't, then I might just skip a week. For now I am excited to be sharing my pictures for this week. Lets start with 'Feet Love' shall we and don't forget if you join in link back to the beautiful Nicole.

I couldn't think of my own foot picture for this week but saw these ones above on WeHeartIt and couldn't resist putting together a little collage in anticipation of my own sand and feet picture coming soon. (Well at least I will be if this volcano calms down!) Look out for where my feet will be travelling to in tomorrow's post...
Once again I had quite a few photographs I could have used for my two house things this week but I choose two views in my kitchen to share.
Although the hyacinth and left over roses were starting to wilt here, I saw this little set up on Sunday and couldn't resist getting a snap. All the colours really made me smile, as well as the little pig poking his head out too!
These are my freshly made batch of double chocolate cupcakes ready to take to my Gran tomorrow. I couldn't decide on a topping so I chose all three! My Gran lives about three hours away and I don't see her very often, so when my husband said he had to travel that way for work tomorrow I decided to tag along. She is 87 years old now and rather frail but still enjoys a good chocolate cake so I am taking these on her request!
This is my Grandad and Granny with me when I was about three! Don't you just love their carpet? Very Eighties!
If you join in with 'Two Things Around My Home' then don't forget to link back to the wonderful Kassi. I promise to be back tomorrow with a post all about my travels and intended destination.

I'm jealous of your Gran! ah ha ha
ReplyDeleteCassie,
ReplyDeleteI love your kitchen! It always looks so sunny and warm. Can I come over please, and we'll sit and chat and maybe sneak just one of Gran's cupcakes to have with our tea?
That foot collage looks just like where you're going! Ooh, I'm so excited for you...
xo
Oh, and I meant to say too... I love your Tuesday posts. Not very organized (blog-wise anyway) today so not sure if I'll get mine up today. In the meantime, will just have to enjoy yours!
ReplyDeleteHey Cassie, I just found your blog and I want to join in with my own, Two Things around my home,...I think its brilliant.
ReplyDeleteBy the way I found you through, this daisy blog. By the way I love the feet in sand, as I live on an island in the Caribbean. Looking forward to keeping in touch. Big Hugs.
Cassie, your post has left me absolutely drooling over your double chocolate cupcakes! Oh, how I wish I could have some right now. You must be an amazing baker.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful time with your Gran tomorrow! It's so sweet that you're going to visit her. Family is everything. x
I would love to be able to make cupcakes that look as delicious as these. They look positively yummy!! Cute photo!
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty picture with the flowers and the pitcher. And the feet in the sand :)
Can't wait to hear about your travelling plans.
