Floral Friday

Happy Friday people! This week has seemed to last forever and at some points I honestly thought Friday would never come. But here we are, at last and with some of the sweetest smelling flowers to brighten the end of your week too.

I am just about ready to start my packing now and hope to simply finish bits and pieces off over the weekend, I actually feel quite organised and prepared. The weather forecast changed its mind last night and predicted bright sunny days, so of course I got all excited and was rather disappointed to see they had reverted back to the old forecast of rain this morning! Let's hope they haven't got a clue and it will be glorious! Right enough of my rambling about the weather.

When I went to gets our Euros this morning I travelled past the mans house I have mentioned before here and saw he had just a few bundles of sweet peas in his hut. I really couldn't resist and although I think they will only last a couple of days, for 50p how could I say no. I have also chosen today's 'Found Flowers' because I adore the smell of freesias and am hoping to find some growing wild on holiday.

From what I have been reading this week everywhere has been having some gloriously warm Spring days and lots of you seem to have been taking advantage of this too.
