Much Love Monday

Can I just start this Monday morning post by saying a huge thank you for all your kind birthday wishes last week, every single one added an extra smile to the day.

I thought I would start this week by sharing with you a few of the little things that I was very fortunate to be given as gifts for both Christmas and my birthday.

The gorgeous ornate picture frame was a gift from my in-laws, the lanterns, star and both sets of earrings were my from lovely hubbie.

Of course some more animals were added to my home too - sorry I know Kirstie isn't an animal, don't worry! The top two were from my husband for my birthday, you might remember the egg hen from a 'Wishlist Wednesday' post way back here. The other pigs were gifts for Christmas and 'Kirstie's Homemade Home' book was from one of my sister-in-laws and is so beautiful on first glance. I was also given lots of gift vouchers, so I have some shopping of my own to look forward to soon as well.

So as I settle into my first full week back in the 'normal' routine I am loving seeing these gorgeous new things scattered around the corners of my home. I am so grateful to have had a lovely festive season and am now ready to start this brand new year.     I love those lanterns! They're gorgeous!
    Well, gifts: hubby got me a mouse for my laptop (after I'd hinted for it several times) and I got me lots of little things on Etsy - that's it! :)

    I absolutely adore those lanterns!

    Would like to get Kirstie's book, but its not available here. Will just have to enjoy the show on repeat instead!

    Missed you today. Skype was playing up, and I was out and about in a snowstorm! Tuesday for sure...

    See I have this terrible ritual of keeping my present stash together in one place to look at lovingly and re-read labels and generally feel all warm and fuzzy about until the 1st of Febryary! I know its wrong but I just can't help it! Tee hee,
