I missed doing this post last week, although I did a 'feet love' pic but it seemed to go unnoticed for some reason and got lost in other things. Anyway, it is Tuesday and I am back with my two favourite posts of the week. It was hard work deciding on my 'two things from home' and I photographed so many before deciding on an 'outside' theme. Finally the garden is beginning to spring into life and I have another post up my sleeve for tomorrow; showing you all the promising shoots and beautiful buds. One thing that is now completely in bloom is the Grape Hyacinth and these two little pots sit on our back door step; brightening the entrance and bringing a smile to my face when I collect the post each morning.
My second outside thing I love around my home this week is my little patio chair. I have fondly yearned for this chairs return and now it is finally back! It could probably do with a lick of oil but for now it looks beautifully weathered in this sunny spot.
I am continuing with the outside theme myself this afternoon and am about to head out to continue sorting out the flowerbeds. It is beautifully sunny but we still have this very cold wind but I am determined to tackle the Hebe, which you can just see in the photo above, as it really has suffered this Winter with all the frost. Before I dash off, I mustn't forget my feet! The start of this warmer weather has seen me rummaging around in the spare bedroom, going through shoe boxes to find more suitable shoes and banish my boots for a while!
Hop over (like a Spring bunny!) to Nicole's blog for Feet Love Around the World and to Kassi's blog for Two Things Around Your Home and don't forget to let me know what you are loving this week. Right off to get digging...

Apologies for the up and down in the font size today - Blogger just does not want to work for me, no matter how many times I try! So I just hope you can read it at least! xx
ReplyDeleteI love your outside photos today! I have some grape hyacinths in my pots but they're still very small. Were these planted last year and just left in the pot all year round?
ReplyDeleteI could definitely picture myself sitting in this chair, with a good book and a cuppa. Looking forward to more outdoorsy pictures.
Cassie my sweet!
ReplyDeleteI love your flower pots and hopefully I'll be sitting with you outside on that chair (well, not both of us on it at once... you can go first!) this summer. Keep those fingers crossed for that miracle seat sale to materialize...
And that shoe pic? J'adore! I love how you've laid them all out around you. I cannot wait for flip-flop season to begin!
Happy Tuesday,
xo E
